Healthcare providers must verify their medical credentials to create an account. Patients can use the platform for free under the supervision of their connected provider. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the platform. The medical information provided through Avycena is supplementary and is not a replacement for in-person clinical care or professional medical judgment.

5. Healthcare Provider Responsibilities

Healthcare providers are solely responsible for the medical advice, treatment, and care they provide to patients using our platform. Avycena provides the tools, but clinical decisions remain with the provider.

6. Not a Medical Device

Avycena is a communication and monitoring tool. It does not provide medical diagnoses, and it is not intended to be used as a primary medical device in emergency situations.

7. Subscription and Payment

Providers are subject to per-patient billing as outlined in our pricing plans. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your chosen plan.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and technology on the Avycena platform are the exclusive property of Avycena Inc. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without express permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Avycena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including reliance on any information obtained through the platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Use or for any other reason at our discretion, without prior notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Avycena is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
