Get the AVYCENNA app from the App Store or Google Play. Sign up with your email — no password needed, just a one-time code.
Complete Your First Check-in
The app walks you through a short wizard: how you're feeling, your sleep and steps, and an optional note. It takes less than a minute. Come back tomorrow and do it again.
